【Project Basic Information】


Yuxin School is located in Guangming New District, Shenzhen City, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The campus covers an area of over 200 mu, with a building area of more than 70,000 square meters. It is a multi-functional and comprehensive educational institution integrating compulsory education, secondary vocational education and social practice education for primary and secondary school students. The construction content of the Yuxin School Building Safety Renovation Project includes: after the original teaching complex buildings A, B, C, E girls' Building, G staff dormitory, military training shed and other school buildings are demolished, new school buildings will be built according to the scale of 12 classes per 360 seats for the junior high school department and 24 classes per 1,200 seats for the vocational high school department. The total newly built construction area is 46,592 square meters. The above-ground area is 40,612 square meters and the underground area is 5,980 square meters. It includes A comprehensive teaching building, teaching buildings, dormitory buildings A and B, sports stands and school gates, basements, etc. The investment estimate is 233,622,800 yuan, the construction and installation cost is 202,935,100 yuan, other construction costs are 19,562,800 yuan, and the contingency reserve is 11,124,900 yuan.
