Yuxin School is located in Guangming New District, Shenzhen City, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The campus covers an area of over 200 mu, with a building area of more than 70,000 square meters. The construction content of the Yuxin School Building Safety Renovation Project includes: after the original teaching complex buildings A, B, C, E girls' Building, G staff dormitory, military training shed and other school buildings are demolished, new school buildings will be built according to the scale of 12 classes per 360 seats for the junior high school department and 24 classes per 1,200 seats for the vocational high school department. The total newly built construction area is 46,592 square meters. The above-ground area is 40,612 square meters and the underground area is 5,980 square meters. It includes A comprehensive teaching building, teaching buildings, dormitory buildings A and B, sports stands and school gates, basements, etc. The investment estimate is 233,622,800 yuan, the construction and installation cost is 202,935,100 yuan, other construction costs are 19,562,800 yuan, and the contingency reserve is 11,124,900 yuan.

To ensure the smooth and efficient progress of the survey and design, and to guarantee the quality control of the design results at each stage, our company immediately formulated specific project management goals upon entering the site, established and improved the project management system, clarified the job responsibilities of each department and position, decomposed the work content of project management, and formulated the work procedures and systems for the entire process of design management consultation. Formulate human resource plans for each stage and each position.

Since the project was launched, under the leadership of the Design Management Center of the Public Works Department, the level and quality of the pre-survey and design management work have been continuously improving. All departments of the head office spare no effort to cooperate and devote themselves wholeheartedly to various management tasks. Provide a large number of valid design review opinions for the design plans issued by the design institute, offer on-site supervision in aspects such as topographic map measurement, geological investigation, and pipeline geophysical exploration, and put forward reasonable suggestions. At present, the project remains at the design scheme stage due to factors such as planned land use, illegal construction identification, and green line control.
