The Phase II Construction Project of Zhejiang Provincial Public Health Clinical Center (Qiantang Campus, The First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine) is located within the Cangbei Village plot in the Jiangdong area of Qiantang District, Hangzhou City . It is bordered by Jiangdong Avenue Expressway to the north, Hejing Road to the south, adjacent to Qingdong Second Road across the Toupeng Straight River to the west, and by Toupeng Expressway and Jiangdong Avenue Expressway to the northeast. The project's construction land area is approximately 93.41 mu, with about 88.91 mu being newly added construction land . The total new construction floor area is 54,500 square meters, comprising 44,500 square meters above ground and 10,000 square meters below ground . Additionally, a 4,600-square-meter non-floor-area-ratio piloti (elevated open space) will be constructed. The main construction content involves new functional supporting facilities and a cleaning and disinfection center required for the operation of the Phase I project of the Zhejiang Provincial Public Health Clinical Center.
