This project involves the construction of 2 super high-rise commercial office buildings, 5 high-rise residential buildings, multi-story commercial podium structures, a basement, and other ancillary facilities. The maximum height of the commercial office buildings is 130 meters, utilizing a "core-tube and frame" structural system.The project site area is approximately 91.2 mu, with a total construction area of 328,278.92 m². The total above-ground floor area is 223,791.78 m² (comprising 212,758 m² of floor area included in the plot ratio calculation and 11,033.78 m² of floor area not included in the plot ratio calculation). The below-ground construction area is 104,487.14 m².

The construction scope for our party includes civil and installation works, curtain walls and facade lighting, and outdoor works (excluding the plot's power distribution and substation works, elevator engineering, fine decoration works including public areas and their associated MEP works, and intelligent building systems) .
