Supervision Lot III of South Ring Road East Extension Expressway Phase I Project (Main Line Section, Fuchunjiang Interchange Section)​

South Ring Road East Extension Expressway Phase I Project is located in Yinzhou District and Beilun District. It starts from East Outer Ring Road in the west and extends to Fuchunjiang Road in the east, with a total road length of approximately 13 km. The main line section is about 11 km long. The project adopts an expressway construction form of "elevated mainline/ground-level mainline + ground auxiliary roads". Both the expressway mainline and the ground auxiliary roads in standard sections are configured as two-way six lanes. The cross-sectional width of the elevated mainline section ranges from 50 to 70 meters, while the cross-sectional width of the ground-level mainline section ranges from 70 to 118 meters. The design speed for the expressway is 80 km/h, and for the ground auxiliary roads, it is 50 km/h.


Construction Lot IV of the South Ring Road East Extension Expressway Phase I Project (Main Line Section, Fuchunjiang Interchange Section) has a stationing range from K6+034.466 (including the corresponding substructure and expansion joints) to K7+385.746 (excluding the bearings and expansion joints corresponding to the superstructure of the adjacent span), with a total length of 1,351.28 meters. This lot includes 2 pairs of parallel ramps (Ramp BXS# and Ramp BXX#). Outer right-turn auxiliary roads are provided on both sides of the Dahanshan River, approximately from station K6+620 to K7+010, with a total length of about 390 meters. The lot includes three ground bridges: Fengjianghe Bridge, Dahanshangang Bridge, and Houtanghe Bridge. The construction scope encompasses works within the drawing specifications, including bridge engineering, road engineering, traffic maintenance engineering, drainage engineering, sponge city features, lighting engineering, revetment engineering, power duct banking, water supply engineering, small utility tunnels (including supporting installation works), security monitoring, and ancillary supporting facilities. This specific compilation scope excludes landscaping works (except for plant relocation, clearance, and recycling) and traffic engineering .


Construction Lot III of the South Ring Road East Extension Expressway Phase I Project (Main Line Section, Fuchunjiang Interchange Section) covers the ground auxiliary roads from K4+296.466 to K6+034.466, spanning 1,738 meters. The expressway mainline stationing range is from K4+296.466 (including the corresponding substructure and expansion joints) to K6+034.466 (excluding the corresponding substructure and expansion joints), also 1,738 meters long. It includes 2 pairs of parallel ramps for the mainline: South-North Avenue Eastbound Ramp NDS# (NDSK0+000 to NDSK0+319.466, 319.466m) and South-North Avenue Eastbound Ramp NDX# (NDXK0+000 to NDXK0+319.466, 319.466m). The construction content is similar to Lot IV, covering works within the drawing specifications for bridge, road, traffic maintenance, drainage, sponge city, lighting, revetment, power duct banking, water supply, small utility tunnels (with installation), security monitoring, and ancillary facilities. This scope also excludes landscaping (except plant handling) and traffic engineering.


The total project investment is estimated at 7,040 million yuan, with the construction and installation cost approximately 3.51 billion yuan.
