The China Mobile Yangtze River Delta (Jiashan) Intelligent Computing Center project has a total investment of approximately 5 billion yuan. It will build a 10,000-card-level intelligent computing center with an intelligent computing power scale of 15,000 P, and simultaneously construct, operate and serve an integrated computing power network. After the completion of the Yangtze River Delta (Jiashan) Intelligent Computing Center, it will form a millisecond-level computing power cluster with China Mobile's data centers in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province, Qingpu, Shanghai and other places. Through the cluster effect, computing power resources will increase exponentially, meeting the computing power demands within the Yangtze River Delta region.

The total land area is 48,011 square meters (approximately 72.016 mu), with a planned total construction area of 84,430 square meters. The construction content mainly includes a D01 data center computer room building with a construction area of 20,440 square meters, including 20,350 square meters above ground and 90 square meters underground. It has 4 floors above ground and a partial 1 floor underground. The D02 data center computer room building has a construction area of 20,440 square meters, with a ground area of 20,350 square meters and an underground area of 90 square meters. It has 4 floors above ground and a partial 1 floor underground. The D03 data center computer room building has a construction area of 20,440 square meters, with a ground area of 20,350 square meters and an underground area of 90 square meters. It has 4 floors above ground and a partial 1 floor underground. The C01 Power Center has a construction area of 10,550 square meters, with 8,750 square meters above ground and 1,800 square meters underground. It has three floors above ground and one floor underground in some parts. The A01 maintenance support building has a construction area of 9,500 square meters, including 6,000 square meters above ground and 3,500 square meters underground. It has 5 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The E01 substation has a construction area of 3,000 square meters and two floors above ground. The gatehouse has a construction area of 60 square meters, with one floor above ground, and is equipped with related ancillary works and greenery.
