This year, Jiangnan School of Management has continued to innovate new models of autonomous learning. By designing learning maps, it helps students clarify their learning progress and goals. Through online courses and the "Goose Check-in" community learning method, students can regularly review what they have learned and actively record their reading experiences.

To create a strong learning atmosphere, the training camp adopted methods such as group discussions and sharing sessions. Combined with the provided reading books and quarterly forums, the trainees learned through sharing and made progress through interaction. Such a community learning model not only enhances the depth of learning but also boosts the team's sense of cooperation.

Around the National Day, the trainees of the training camp gathered at the headquarters in Hangzhou for a three-day closed closing training. By combining on-site teaching with pre-class thinking, The trainees had in-depth exchanges with company leaders and industry experts on courses such as "Reconstructing Learning Ability", "Key Dialogue", "Team Communication and Collaboration", "From Professionalization to Vocationalization", "Project Management throughout the Construction Process", "Team Building", "Inquiry and Defense of Project Leaders", and "Capacity Building of Chief Consultants", and gained experience through interaction.

To apply theory to practice, the training camp organized on-site visits and exchanges of two benchmark projects in Jiangnan Management. Under the guidance of the project leader, the trainees gained a thorough understanding of the challenges and breakthroughs in the project operation and discussed their own questions with the project team. This face-to-face communication provides valuable practical work references for the trainees, helping them better understand and apply the knowledge they have learned.

Under the guidance of Teacher Wang, the Ivy League students used the Oka Mandala to conduct a study on "How can supervisors better manage the weak capabilities of construction unit management personnel?" "How to properly handle conflicts with all parties involved in the construction?" " How to do a good job in resource integration? And "How to learn efficiently during the project process and communicate effectively with the owner?" The team co-creation of the four topics constantly explores the integration of theory and practice, and considers how to innovatively apply it to future work.

In the face of various confusions in project management, Jiangnan Management College specially invited the vice president of the company and the leaders of the business departments to have a special discussion with the trainees of the chief consultant. Whether it is from team building to procurement management, or from design management to acceptance management, through in-depth discussions, the trainees have found practical solutions for their work. The trainees said that such exchanges not only answered their doubts but also enhanced their confidence in practical work.

The final assessment of the two training camps adopted various forms, including a comprehensive evaluation of multiple aspects such as classroom performance, online learning outcomes, graduation examination results, and defense scores. The defense session is the most crucial part of the assessment. Through a time-limited question-and-answer defense method, trainees need to demonstrate their genuine talents and learning within the prescribed time.
