【 Project Overview】

The senior high school department of Shenzhen Foreign Language School is located in its new campus at No. 1, Yantian Road, Yantian District, Shenzhen City, approximately 25 kilometers away from the Shenzhen Civic Center. Shenzhen Foreign Language School is a fully boarding school with a total campus area of approximately 130,000 square meters. The expansion project site of this project is located in the southwest of the high school campus, covering an area of approximately 10,000 square meters. Currently, it consists of a mountain and a parking lot. The east side of the base is adjacent to the main campus road, Shenwai Avenue; the north side is the library and the planetarium; the west side is the mountain greenery; and the south side is the dormitory building of Metro Line 8. The total area of the project land is approximately 10,000 square meters, and the total building area is 38,252 square meters, including 25,252 square meters of above-ground area and 13,000 square meters of underground building area. The construction content includes: teaching and auxiliary buildings, office buildings, indoor sports buildings, foreign language centers, teaching and research innovation buildings, functional supporting buildings, as well as underground parking lots and underground equipment buildings. Outdoor municipal engineering and landscape engineering.

Project investment estimate: 21,004,200 yuan, with the funds sourced from the investment of the Shenzhen Municipal Government.

【 Management Team】

The company is equipped with project management personnel from various specialties and arranges professional technicians from water supply and drainage, landscape, road, cost estimation, geotechnical engineering and BIM to participate in the early project management work according to the needs of each stage of work.

To ensure the smooth and efficient progress of the survey and design, and to guarantee the quality control of the design results at each stage, our company immediately formulated specific project management goals upon entering the site, established and improved the project management system, clarified the job responsibilities of each department and position, decomposed the work content of project management, and formulated the work procedures and systems for the entire process of design management consultation. Formulate human resource plans for each stage and each position.

【 Management Effectiveness】

The project management team entered the site to start work in November 2019. As this project was initiated relatively early, the project initiation was completed before the start of the project. At present, the feasibility study preparation and application, as well as the bidding for survey and design units, are underway.
