Green mountains accompany clear waters, sweat follows closely, through wind and rain, thunder and lightning, but with great enthusiasm! At the construction site beside Chongqing Central Park, a group of diligent, hardworking and ambitious Jiangnan people are working quietly. This is our Kaisa Taifu Yufeng Project Department, a team that has been highly praised by the owners and is full of honors. It has been over two years since the start of the Kaisa Taifu Yufeng project. Now, the first phase of the project is coming to an end. Looking back on the details of this journey, we are filled with countless emotions.

First, unite as one and cooperate sincerely

The working atmosphere in the project department is good and harmonious. Under the call of the head office's slogan "Stay true to our original Aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind", all members have always maintained the Jiangnan spirit of unity, sincere cooperation and rising to challenges. Members of the supervision department each perform their duties, truly competing with each other in work, learning from each other in skills, and helping each other in life. When conducting actual measurements, the responsible persons of the two buildings worked together to conduct joint inspections. This not only enhanced work efficiency but also significantly strengthened the friendship among colleagues. In 2019, despite the director's hospitalization for recuperation due to illness, the project team still maintained a positive working attitude and a good working style, leaving a deep impression on the client. During the first phase of the project, in order to cooperate with the construction unit to catch up with the schedule and reach the pre-sale node of the client, the project department has been working on the front line of the construction for three consecutive months. Regardless of the scorching heat or the windy and rainy weather, every member of the project department has remained steadfast at their posts, fully demonstrating the Jiangnan spirit of unity, sincere cooperation, and the courage to face difficulties. Eventually, they laid the management foundation for the project, ensured the construction milestones, seized the pre-sale opportunity, thus safeguarding the basic interests of the owner and earning high recognition from the owner. It has established a good image of Jiangnan.

Second, pass on the torch, study diligently and be dedicated

Every year, newly graduated college students come to the project department. To help them adapt to the project life as soon as possible and get into the working state, the project department, adhering to the management concept of passing on the torch, assigns a teacher to each of them through a mentorship approach. Every day, under the guidance of their teachers, the new recruits reviewed the drawings, studied the norms, and went to the site for inspection and acceptance. They soon got into their roles and took on the responsibilities of a qualified supervisor. Among them, Xiang Liming and his teacher Xu Zhangjie are both teacher and friend. The teacher guides selflessly and the student studies earnestly, enjoying a harmonious and happy atmosphere. Xiang Liming has a positive attitude, adheres to principles, dares to speak his mind, is not afraid of hardship or fatigue, works actively, and has a strong learning ability. Under the guidance and example of Xu Zhangjie, he has now become a capable talent who can handle tasks independently. He has done well in all aspects of work, including on-site process acceptance, actual measurement of civil construction and fine decoration, presiding over coordination meetings and taking meeting minutes, and writing monthly reports. It has been recognized by Party A.

"A knife will rust if not sharpened, and a person will fall behind if not learned." This is a profound truth. The learning atmosphere in the project department is very strong. During the spare time after work, everyone often studies norms, atlases, etc. There are also those who are upgrading from junior college to bachelor's degree, those who are taking the first-level constructor, second-level constructor and supervision engineer exams... Everyone is learning. In addition, the project department closely integrates with the company's cultural theme year activities and holds the Jiangnan Lecture Hall every two weeks. Each person takes turns to make courseware and act as a lecturer to teach the team, impart skills and share experiences.

Three, returning with honors, the future is promising

Through unremitting efforts, the work of our project department has been recognized by the client, received favorable follow-up evaluations from the owner, and was awarded the title of "Outstanding Management Team of 2019" by the client. In the future work, we will constantly summarize and reflect, constantly urge and enrich ourselves, improve our own quality and professional level, so as to adapt to the development of The Times and the enterprise, progress and grow together with the company, continue to strive and achieve even greater success.
