The Research Center for School Education Engineering Management was established in 2019. Based on the policy orientation and trends of school education project construction, it mainly focuses on the characteristics, construction demands, functional layouts, and economic and technological comparisons of school education projects. It also offers distinctive engineering consulting services such as project pre-planning, bidding and procurement, project investment management, and on-site project management. Complementary to the company's various research centers, it serves the company's operation, production, talent optimization and technological research and development.

The director of the research center is held by a senior project manager specializing in school education projects. The key members mainly include the project departments of large-scale school education projects of the company, such as the Zhejiang University Haining International Campus Project, Westlake University, the Shenzhen Construction Project (Phase I) of Sun Yat-sen University, and the Taicang Campus of Xi 'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, totaling over 50 people.

The leading body is mainly responsible for determining the research direction of the center each year, formulating and implementing the annual work plan, approving research topics, supervising the use of funds, coordinating opening matters and achievement evaluation, deliberating on major matters of the center, organizing and implementing the overall planning and development plan of the engineering research center, and being responsible for the construction and operation of the engineering research center.

The research center's work is mainly based on project practice, combined with theoretical research and on-site seminars. It systematically collects and organizes the data during the construction period of school-related projects, gradually improves the large database, connects various professional links, discovers the rules of planning and construction of school education projects, and builds a standardized and normalized full-process engineering consulting service system. Secondly, the research center, in collaboration with Jiangnan Management College, fully integrates project practice with talent cultivation, builds a talent team in professional fields, conveys the company's philosophy and values, and empowers the company's development with talents. Thirdly, provide technical support for various educational projects of the company's schools. Offer real-time expert group technical consultation in aspects such as major project planning, key and difficult points in construction, and risk control of hazardous and major projects, increase the intellectual added value of services, improve effectiveness through services, and create value for customers.
