Jiangnan Management's BIM technology was initiated in 2012. After nearly two years of exploration and experimentation, the enterprise BIM center was established in 2014. From the very beginning of its establishment, the enterprise BIM center set the strategic thinking of enhancing refined management, promoting enterprise development, and improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise through BIM and other information technologies. In the same year, the BIM Technology and Management Research Center was established, dedicated to the cultivation and selection of outstanding BIM talents within the enterprise, as well as the research and development, promotion and application of BIM technology.

Since its establishment, the BIM Center of Jiangnan Management has formulated two enterprise BIM guidelines and undertaken two provincial-level BIM research projects. I have successively participated in BIM technical support work for projects such as the Suzhou Industrial Park Sports Center, the Qingdao West Sea Art Bay Engineering Construction Project, the Shenzhen Operation Center project of the Shanghai Gold Exchange, and the construction project of Westlake University. I have also provided BIM management for projects including the Shenzhen Radio and Television Group Network Technology Information Building Project and the Qianhai Rule of Law Building project, as well as the new campus project of Weifang Yidu Central Hospital. We have provided full-process BIM consulting services for over 20 projects, including the Sun Yat-sen University · Shenzhen Construction Project, the Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital project cluster, the relocation and reconstruction project of Pingshan District People's Hospital, the Xili Campus of Shenzhen University, and the construction project of Zhejiang Zhijiang Cultural Center.

In recent years, Jiangnan Management has been actively exploring the integrated and innovative application of information technologies such as BIM, VR, GIS, Internet of Things, and unmanned aerial vehicles, and has implemented it in Shenzhen as a pilot area, achieving good results. The project "Application of Smart Management System Based on BIM Technology in the Construction Project of Sun Yat-sen University · Shenzhen" participated by our company won the first prize in the construction group of the 8th "Longtu Cup" National BIM Competition in 2019. The comprehensive BIM strength of the enterprise has been increasing year by year. In the 2018 list of the top 50 BIM consulting companies in China's full-process engineering consulting in terms of comprehensive strength, it ranked 18th.
