Lot I involves the construction of 12 shallow circular silos (Nos. 101#-206#), 2(Nos. 1#-2#), and 1 control room (No. 1#). It also includes general layout engineering such as roads, ground paving, earthworks, landscaping, perimeter walls, retaining walls, a warehouse district security system, outdoor weak current engineering, and external water and electrical networks.

Lot II involves the construction of 12 shallow circular silos (Nos. 301#-406#), each with a capacity of 8,700 metric tons; 2配套提升塔 (Nos. 3#-4#)—with No. 3# having a floor area of 531.09 ㎡ and No. 4# 828.96 ㎡—including one control room; a machinery and equipment warehouse with a floor area of 1,718.86 ㎡; a one-stop service center (565.5 ㎡); an office building (1,618.74 ㎡); a stormwater storage and regulation tank; a fire water pool with pump house equipment; ground paving; a gatehouse and entrance gate; and other auxiliary production facilities.
