Location and Site Conditions

The site for the Taizhou Yongning Public Fitness Center project is located in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The venue is bounded by the grain station land to the east, Erhuan North Road to the south, Zhanqian Avenue to the west, and the Yongning River along with the planned riverside road to the north. The planned construction land area is 88,654 m².

Project Development Objectives

Upon completion, this project will be open to the public for fitness activities. The indoor stadium will be capable of hosting single or multiple indoor sports competitions, training sessions, sports activities, cultural performances, commercial shows, exhibitions, and more. The stadium, natatorium, and public fitness center will meet the needs for mass sports events and public fitness. By hosting events and cultural performances, the center aims to attract a large number of visitors, boosting commercial development in the surrounding urban areas. Concurrently, it will conduct various public welfare activities and educational programs to promote the healthy development of adolescents,

thereby generating greater social benefits.

The project aims to perfect urban functions, enhance the city's image, shape the city's brand, and promote urban development. Through high-quality events, it will drive the integrated development of "culture + sports + tourism," creating an aggregation effect and injecting new vitality into the urban development of Huangyan District.

Construction Scale and Functional Requirements

1.Stadium: Above-ground floor area of 1,250 m², with approximately 5,000 seats. The competition area shall include a standard circular runway for track events, a standard football field, and venues for various field events. Except for jump event areas that can be arranged outside the straight lane, other areas should be arranged inside the circular track.

2.Comprehensive Indoor Stadium: Approximately 13,000 seats, with an above-ground floor area of about 56,000 m² (final area subject to the confirmed design). It shall comprise a competition area, stands, and auxiliary rooms (for spectators, athletes, competition management, VIPs, media, sports equipment, venue operation, security, and building equipment). The comprehensive indoor stadium includes a secondary hall (training hall), whose specific area is subject to the final design. The secondary hall contains training/warm-up areas, athletes' lounges, venue operation rooms, and equipment storage.

3.Natatorium: Floor area of approximately 10,000 m², equipped with about 500 seats. It shall include one 50-meter-long, 8-lane competition pool and one 25-meter-long, 6-lane warm-up pool. While meeting the conditions for general mass competitions, the functional design should facilitate operation, including certain administrative and management rooms, to create favorable conditions for sustainable operation and self-balancing of revenues and expenditures.

4.Public Fitness Center: Floor area of approximately 10,000 m², designed to meet training and fitness requirements for activities such as basketball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, fencing, and strength training.

5.Supporting Facilities such as Administrative and Management Rooms: The scale will be determined according to the specific design, serving as a functional supplement to the sports venues and facilitating their operation.

6.Basement: Floor area of approximately 85,000 m² (final area subject to the confirmed design), containing building equipment rooms, motor vehicle parking spaces, and non-motor vehicle parking areas.

7.Parking Spaces: Parking allocation indicators shall comply with the relevant regulations of Zhejiang Province and Taizhou City.
