Our company has been commissioned by Nanchang Ganxing Real Estate Co., Ltd. to undertake the full-process third-party engineering assessment services for the “Nanchang Jiangshan Yunzhu Project.” The project is located in the Honggutan District of Nanchang City, with a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters and a total investment of 2.105 billion yuan. It includes a variety of business formats such as high-rise residences, super high-rise buildings, and commercial complexes.

In accordance with the third-party assessment management system, a comprehensive assessment is conducted once every quarter, covering aspects such as actual measurement, quality risks, safety and civilization, and management behavior. Through an objective and impartial fly-by inspection mechanism, potential project hazards are systematically identified, improvement suggestions are put forward, and the rectification process is tracked to ensure closure.
