The total construction area of the Fuzhou Rail Transit Network Command Center project is 105,700 square meters, including approximately 77,600 square meters above ground and about 28,100 square meters underground. A five-story podium and two seven-story towers will be constructed above a two-story basement, with a building height of 47.6 meters.
